So, a publicist and marketer walk into a bar…because they’re both also bartenders. Fittingly, Shayna Zeigen and Jenna O’Brien met over a shot of whiskey in a dark dive bar and realized their shared passion for live music, a good cocktail and building up brands. It was from there that Point Blank Public Relations was born. The lovechild of two entrepreneurial communicators with deep industry expertise across verticals and complementary talents, Point Blank Public Relations is a creative communications agency made to support the dreamers and doers of the world.

Jenna O’Brien is an entrepreneur and marketing expert with over seven years of experience delivering impactful marketing campaigns that elevate brands and connect them with key stakeholders. With a communications background and experience in marketing, event planning, and event management, Jenna combines strategic insight with creative flair to deliver unique, eye-catching campaigns that bring needle-moving results. Laser-focused on hitting KPIs and committed to client success, Jenna is passionate about helping clients navigate their unique challenges and achieve their goals through tailored communication strategies. When she’s not dreaming up new marketing tactics, she loves discovering new bands, scoring some sweet threads from local thrift stores, and traveling to cities she’s never been before.
Shayna Zeigen is a dynamic communications professional with nearly a decade of experience in media relations, communications strategy, content development, and brand building. With a passion for storytelling, she has worked across industries - including tech, music & entertainment, hospitality, travel, and consumer - to help bring a business or brand’s vision to life. As co-founder of Point Blank Public Relations, Shayna crafts impactful communications strategies for clients that increase brand awareness, secure meaningful media placements, and elevate the client’s positioning within their key market. Her work reflects a deep commitment to honesty, creativity, and client success and she is passionate about empowering clients, businesses, and communities to achieve long-term success.. Outside of work, Shayna enjoys watching sports (especially basketball and UFC), is a competitive equestrian (aka crazy horse girl) and loves to escape to the desert in Joshua Tree (with a good book and a better bottle of Scotch).
